Platform conditions and promotion-specific conditions

FLY99's general withdrawal conditions are a RM30 minimum, unlimited request frequency and a bank account in the registered account holder's name. Unlimited refers to the number of requests, not the amount. Read Withdrawal for the general account task and Terms & Conditions for platform and account rules.

Keep the selected promotion's conditions separate from those general figures. For New Register Free RM20, the active account panel displays a RM800 submission threshold and RM20 promotion maximum instead of the normal RM30 minimum field. The panel says its minimum and maximum reset after withdrawal or when the balance is empty. These are different account displays, not amounts to add together.

Use the terms for the offer you selected. Current Promotions identifies available offers and their access routes; a deposit requirement, game restriction or cashout value from another offer does not carry over.

New Register Free RM20

A no-deposit credit for new members, usable on EVENT games only. The qualification and decision guide is on Free Credit No Deposit; the conditions are as follows.

RM800 and RM20 are different fields

RM800 is the balance threshold for submitting a withdrawal under New Register Free RM20. It is not turnover or a withdrawable RM800. RM20 is this promotion's maximum withdrawal, not a platform-wide cap. The normal account display shows RM30; the active New Register display shows RM800 and RM20.

Two fields that are often misread

RM2 is the maximum bonus claim, not a withdrawal cap. X5 is the turnover multiplier; it does not by itself identify the calculation base or which bets count. Ask Live Chat about those details and the application of "Bonus akan ditolak" for this offer before relying on a cashout calculation.

Check whether the following conditions appear on your selected offer. This checklist does not add a condition to a promotion whose own terms do not state it.

  • Telegram: follow the offer's stated Telegram route when joining is one of its requirements.
  • Company bank accounts: "Akaun bank syarikat tidak diterima" excludes company-held accounts for an offer that carries this condition.
  • Rule breaches: a card carrying "Langgar peraturan, kredit forfeit / burn terus" states a credit-forfeiture condition for that offer. Do not treat it as a statement about every account balance.

Definitions used on this page

Deposit requirement
The qualifying deposit for that specific promotion. It is separate from the platform's general RM1 deposit minimum.
Reward (Free Credit / bonus amount)
The credit awarded by an offer. Withdrawal depends on that offer's cashout conditions. A credit amount is different from a number of free spins.
Maximum bonus claim ("Max claim")
When shown as an RM amount, this is the maximum bonus credit that may be claimed, not the maximum withdrawal. A percentage or other formula in a "Max claim" field must be read with that offer's own wording.
Claim frequency
How many times an offer may be claimed. It is separate from withdrawal-request frequency; the Unlimited general withdrawal rule does not remove an offer's claim limit.
Rollover / Turnover
Keep each label and value with the selected offer. A plain "X" is reproduced as a card symbol; it is not a universal definition of zero, X1 or no requirement. The New Register entry separately states its confirmed rollover and turnover position.
X5 (or X2, X3, X4, X10, X30)
A multiplier does not identify its calculation base by itself. Confirm which deposit, bonus or balance is used and which bets count before estimating a required betting amount. Do not reuse one offer's calculation for another.
Minimum withdrawal / submission threshold
Read this field within the selected offer. A minimum request amount and a credit-balance threshold are not automatically the same. For New Register Free RM20, RM800 is specifically confirmed as the balance threshold before submission.
Maximum withdrawal ("Pengeluaran maksimum")
The most that can be withdrawn from that promotion's credit. It is not a platform-wide withdrawal maximum.
EVENT games / All slot games
Read the scope label together with the offer's exclusions. A game appearing in the lobby does not by itself establish eligibility for a promotion. Confirm a particular game when its eligibility is not identified in the offer.
"Bonus akan ditolak" / "Cuci terus"
Offer-specific withdrawal wording. Ask Live Chat how the selected offer applies it; do not infer a deduction formula, an approval promise or a bank-settlement time from the phrase alone.
Account panel reset wording
The New Register Free RM20 account panel states that its minimum and maximum reset after withdrawal or when the balance is empty. This statement does not define the reset point within processing or establish the same behaviour for another promotion.

Clarify a promotion rule

Identify the promotion when asking about a multiplier base, a percentage cashout field, "Bonus akan ditolak" or the terms of a VIP benefit. For an account or withdrawal request, refer to the values and status actually shown in your account. Keep an answer for one promotion separate from the rules of another.
