How Turnover (Rollover) Works
Turnover — also called rollover or wagering — is the total amount you need to bet in eligible games before bonus funds (and winnings from them) can be withdrawn. It is shown as a multiplier on the bonus value.
Example: if you claim a RM50 bonus with a 4× turnover requirement, you need to wager RM50 × 4 = RM200 in eligible games before withdrawing. FLY99 turnover requirements vary by promotion, commonly from 3× up to 30×. The exact multiplier for each offer is shown on the Promotions page.
Until the turnover requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings from it cannot be withdrawn. Some promotions also have a time window in which turnover must be completed.
Eligible Games
Most FLY99 bonuses are designed around slot play, so eligibility and turnover counting depend on the game type.
- Slots (all-slot): the majority of bonuses are valid on all slot games, and slot wagering counts in full toward turnover.

- Maximum withdrawal: some bonuses cap how much can be withdrawn from bonus winnings (for example a fixed cap, or a percentage cap). Amounts above the cap are removed when the withdrawal is processed.
