1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using FLY99 ("the platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the Bonus Terms, Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidance. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• Age: you must be at least 21 years old to register or play.
• Capacity: you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Jurisdiction: you are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in your location before participating. Online gambling may not be regulated in all jurisdictions.
• One account: only one account is permitted per person. Accounts linked by the same household, device, payment method or IP address may be reviewed for duplicate-account or bonus-abuse risk unless expressly authorised.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Never share your password or any one-time passcode (OTP). FLY99 will never ask for your password through chat, social media or third-party links.
• Notify FLY99 immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected breach via Contact Us.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Currency: all transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Minimum deposit: from RM1 on selected channels (RM5 on some channels). See Payment Methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM30. See the Withdrawal page for the process.
• Verification: a valid photo ID is required before your first withdrawal; withdrawals are subject to account review, verification status and any outstanding bonus turnover.
• You agree to deposit only funds that legitimately belong to you and that are not derived from any unlawful activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the Bonus Terms, including turnover (rollover) requirements, eligible games, and maximum claim and withdrawal caps. Unless an offer states otherwise, bonuses are not combinable and apply per qualifying deposit. Bonus abuse, irregular play, or low-risk betting patterns intended only to clear turnover may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

To keep the platform fair for everyone, the following are prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts, or using another person's account or payment details.
• Fraud, collusion, use of automated tools or bots, or exploiting software errors.
• Money laundering or any unlawful use of the platform.
• Providing false information or attempting to bypass verification or eligibility checks.

7. Verification & Anti-Money-Laundering

FLY99 may request identity and payment verification documents, and information on source of funds, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering and fraud-prevention obligations. Withdrawals and account access may be paused until verification is complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension.

8. Responsible Gambling

FLY99 is for adult players (21+) and treats gambling as entertainment, not a source of income. Account tools such as deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion are available. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on FLY99 — including the brand name, logo, text, graphics and page design — is the property of FLY99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute platform content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

FLY99 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, FLY99 is not liable for losses arising from gambling activity, from interruptions, errors or downtime, or from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Gambling involves risk; you play at your own discretion and within your own means.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

FLY99 may suspend, restrict or close an account where these terms are breached, where fraud or abuse is suspected, where verification cannot be completed, or where required by law. You may also request account closure or self-exclusion at any time through support.

12. Changes to These Terms

FLY99 may update these Terms and Conditions, promotional conditions, payment availability and verification requirements from time to time. The current version published on this page applies. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Disputes & Governing Decisions

In the event of a dispute, FLY99 will review the matter reasonably and consistently with these terms. Subject to applicable law, the platform's management decision will be final. Please also review the Disclaimer.
