General withdrawal conditions

Use the RM30 general minimum for the normal withdrawal state. Check promotion-specific conditions separately when an offer is involved.

Bank account: The receiving bank account must be in the registered FLY99 account holder's name.

Own-name requirement

A bank account belonging to another person does not meet the withdrawal requirement. Check the receiving account holder before making a request.

Normal withdrawal and New Register RM20 conditions

With New Register Free RM20 active, the account panel shows a RM800 submission threshold and a RM20 maximum withdrawal. Those figures belong to that promotion, not the general RM30 withdrawal rule.

Threshold is not the withdrawal amount

RM800 is the balance / credit threshold for submitting a request under New Register Free RM20. It is not a RM800 payout, turnover target or wagering requirement. RM20 is this promotion's maximum withdrawal, not a platform-wide cap.

Reset notice in the New Register state

The account panel states that the withdrawal minimum and maximum reset after a withdrawal or when the balance is empty: “Pengeluaran minimum / maksimum akan ditetapkan semula selepas pengeluaran atau baki kosong.”

Check your withdrawal conditions before requesting

Read the withdrawal figures in your account. Identify the conditions shown for your current state and the promotion you have claimed, if any.
Separate a withdrawal minimum from a promotion balance threshold. In the New Register example, reaching the submission threshold does not make that threshold the amount you can withdraw.
Match the receiving bank account holder. The bank account must be in the registered FLY99 account holder's name.

Why does my panel show RM800 and RM20 instead of RM30?: For New Register Free RM20, RM800 is the submission balance threshold and RM20 is the promotion's maximum withdrawal. See the normal and New Register comparison. Do not assume another offer uses the same figures.
